Elke Bögel’s field of competence is creatively supporting change processes, including the broad field of communication.

Since completing her degree in business administration in 1995, (Marketing), she has continued her education to stay on top of her game and be successful in the field of communications – both in the marketplace as well as at the company (training as systems coach, business coach, wingwave Coach, NLP practitioner, trainer and organizational development). Her work combines consulting, training, facilitation and coaching to empower companies, teams or individuals.

Dr. Cornelis Rasmussen | rasmussen changes
Dr. Cornelis Rasmussen is an organizational developer, coach and trainer. His work focuses on designing and supporting change processes in organizations and people. He builds on over 20 years of professional experience. He has many years of management experience, both as manager of a climate protection agency and as an executive manager in marketing for a technology group. As a project manager in sales, R & D and engineering, he also gained experience in daily business in various fields. Thematically, he is heavily involved in the areas of climate change, sustainability and leadership. He has a PhD in engineering and continuously requalifies in the fields of systemic change management, coaching and training.

Lars Schmidt
Lars Schmidt has worked for over ten years as a trainer, facilitator and coach. He provides people and teams with dedicated support during their change and development processes. Of primary importance to him is for goals to be precisely targeted and that his work with clients be lively and energetic. In addition to his commercial roots as a management expert and economist, Lars is also certified as a train-the-trainer and has taken continuing education courses in the areas of organizational development, transaction analysis and conflict management. Years of experience in improvisational theater round out his profile.

Suzanne Thomas
After taking evening classes and obtaining her degree in marketing & communications, Suzanne Thomas worked in the private sector, more than six years of which were spent in a leadership role, and most recently, she worked as director and authorized representative of the subsidiary of a multinational environmental corporation.

Since 2009, she has been working as a freelance coach and trainer. She focuses on effective coaching programs for managers as well as interactive workshops on the topics of leadership, self-management and communication. Her methods suitcase is chock full and through regular ongoing training, she continues to add to her expertise by taking training courses in becoming a certified business coach and certified trainer.
